Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic complimentary treatment that works with your body to encourage self-healing and balance. This gentle therapy is worked on the feet or the hands and treats the person as a whole.

How it works

It is said that the hands and feet contain a map of the nerve endings of the whole body. By applying techniques with the hands to gently stimulate the corresponding areas (Reflexes), Reflexology encourages the body’s response to relax, clear and heal, so it can return to functioning as nature intended.

Tension - £50

Working to relieve the symptoms caused by tension, thus encouraging relaxation and improved quality of sleep.

Facial Reflexology - £50

A very gentle and relaxing treatment that aims to balance your whole body by working with pressure points on the face that stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms, improving circulation, nerve conduction and encouraging the release of toxins from the body. Side effect – relaxation in body, face and mind, and a glowing complexion.

Zone Face Lift - £75

Look up to 10 years younger with this 12 week programme that not only naturally lifts your face but your Spirit as well. This holistic treatment is a journey that will enhance your emotional wellbeing and re-discover your natural beauty by reducing the lines and wrinkles that life stressors have created and lets the radiant you shine through.

Corporate

By improving the overall wellbeing of your staff you will improve the overall wellbeing if your company. Reflexology reduces stress and tension; and aids restful sleep, therefore improving energy levels, concentration and productivity. Provided onsite, get in touch for more details.

Fertility - £50

I work with both you and your partner to encourage your reproductive systems to function at optimum level and also discuss lifestyle and environmental issues that may not support fertility.

Pregnancy - £50

Tailored treatments to support you in all of the 3 trimesters of pregnancy and pregnancy after care.

Palliative Care - £50

Provide a light relaxing treatment that can improve the quality of life for both the patient and their carers/families.

NEPIP - £50

Specialised treatment to support the mind and the body. During the treatment I work with the immune system, nervous system, endocrine system (hormones) and the limbic system which is the part of the brain that processes chronic pain and stress.
